Most of our products come with thorough instructions, so we recommend reviewing those carefully before reaching out. If the instructions do not resolve your concern, we will provide direct support.
Refunds

Refund requests must be made within [7 or 14 days] of purchase.

Refunds will only be processed if the issue cannot be resolved through support or product replacement.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be granted once a file has been downloaded and used unless there is a proven technical issue.
Exchanges
In cases where a product is defective or not functioning as described, we will provide a replacement file or alternative solution at no additional cost.
